WOYWW 257 a little bit of beading

Hi Peeps,
I nearly forgot it was Wednesday ( although I am writing this Tuesday evening) so I will make it quick, but that's just how Julia likes it....see what it's all about here what's on your work desk Wednesday

So.......Here's my desk, a bit different to the usual. It is my lap tray with some beading on it. I decided to make something to go on a handbag I am making ( yes!. ... for the wedding).
I'm not using all the beads just the ones at the front.

I have also been working on my Documented Life Project journal and have caught up 2 weeks, the first one is to use some cardboard food packaging. Chocolate! What else.

The next page is mono tone .... It had to be red.

The rest of my room looks like this. Much the same as last week.

So join in if you dare, there are lovely crafters and artists out there waiting to share their creative space with you.
Sorry if I didn't get back to you last week I will try harder this week.... promise

Ps please leave your number it really is quicker to find you TA ;-)

  1. First, your link goes to Julia's blog, not YOURS. Second, I see how much you had to sacrifice for the sake of art and your journal. Good thing the prompt happened after or around Easter. Now please go change your link so everyone can visit you. Happy WOYWW from # 5.

  10. Your journal looks fun - chocolate works for everything. I just inherited a bunch of seed beads that I must figure out how to incorporate in my scrapbooking. Thanks for the peek at your space. Susanne #62

  15. Love the pages - I managed to do the first (January week 1) one but am totally playing catch up :) Is it a HANDBAG you are beading? No, something to go ON it, so a charm dangle perhaps or a flower? Hummm. Will check back to see....
    :)

Happy WOYWW! Getting back to it now my connection has come back :)

I am a lucky Thrift Shop shopper, and I found some fab laces at a country market I visit once a month. There is also a Vintage lace stall at a weekly market 20 minutes from home.

  23. Hi Janet. I'm not sure I played this week but still had your email in my box so thought I'd pop over. Your DL pages are coming along! I finished putting mine together last weekend. Now just have to go back and catch up on the challenges. Only going back as far as April (begins the 2nd quarter). But this week I am #70 and Monday I'll have updates of the DLP on my blog. Creative Blessings!
