Hi wednesday peepers back again so soon!
Well having had a continuous cold for the last 7 weeks I am fast loosing my sense of humour but I did see this at my Dr surgery.
Is it a relation Julia ?
Pop over to stamping-ground. to see what the real Ms Dunnit is upto.
Anyway you aren't here to read about my cold.... here's my desk, such as it is.
Lots of 'stuff' but nothing being made.
At the front are some cute little polar bears, a die cut and stamp set from memory box. I plan to make some cards.... soon!
The pile of cards on the left are the ones handyman had for his birthday.... being recycled.
I am keeping the top one.
Too cute, eh! it makes me smile everytime I see it.
Well that's it for this week.
See you on your desk later, if you are kind enough to comment please leave your Mr Linky no. how's that for brief.

Had to laugh at the thought of you in your Doctor's surgery whipping out the camera. Bet the other patients wondered what on earth you were doing.

I hope you get well soon and kick that Flu relative of Julia's out the door--uninvited guest! Love the tortoise with the Frisbee. I can only imagine what the caption is.
ReplyDeleteThanks for visiting earlier today and yes, all cats are by satan. Hubby used to say "I am satan!" in this whispery growling voice. Then one day he picked up Jack the cat and said, "Jack is Satan!" and I said that they BOTH couldn't be Satan. So hubby thought about it for awhile and decided that Jack was Devil Junior. But the kittens, no, they have him wrapped around their little paws, he'll never admit they are evil.
I am with you on the cold front....I think we have the same one...we call it Boomerang cold in this house! Love that flu sign! And that turtle card is fabulous!
ReplyDeleteAs for being tidy it has worked so far....been like this since the weekend and my Buddy Sandra has proof too! I will let you know how it goes!

Hello again - thanks for your visit and just to answer your question - no, it's not a hotel thankfully (though I'd probably bring crafting stuff even if it were, though maybe not as much!)... it's a little flat I'm in for nearly four weeks. Couldn't go that long without crafting - I'd go mad!!

What a great desk - I have two of those tiny sets of drawers. Went back for more but they replaced them with smaller ones!!!
ReplyDeleteThat poster is fantastic - I think Julia should ask for one for her room. Well spotted.
Hugs and Thanks for visiting me, Neet 47 (one day I will be early instead of playing catch up) x
Both the poster and the card--FUNNY! And you know I'd love a look through all those little drawers, right?
ReplyDeleteThank you for stopping by this woyww!

That poster is so funny, though I'm not sure Julia will appreciate the association :) I recycle cards too - most are far to nice to waste - and I'd have to keep that one too - love the humour. Hope you had a good WOYWW. Elizabeth x #112
ReplyDeleteThe turtle is fabulous!! Lovely crafty space and I can't help but notice your spool of one of my favorite colors (okay I'm color fickle, but it's my favorite shade of green lol). And dannnnnnnnnng 7 weeks is a long time to be sick, hope you are feeling better soon. I was laughing at the Flu Dunnit sign.
ReplyDeleteThank you for visiting my blog, and a narwhal is an arctic whale with a horn/tusk. http://www.bbc.co.uk/nature/life/Narwhal?oo=0
Awesome tortoise! Wouldn't it be great if they could actually catch frisbees? You could have tortoise-frisbee tournaments and everything! Ok then. Fab poster too:) x
ReplyDeleteLooks like some interesting stuff on your desk. Hope your cold or flu leaves soon. No time to be sick.
ReplyDeleteToo funny! It's ice to see what everyone works with and how they store stuff. I spy some little silver/tin pots all stacked together laying by your ruler..... What might they be? Hugs, Nan 93
ReplyDeleteyour desk looks like it is bursting to make a card...those little polar bears are calling...pick me, pick me!
ReplyDeleteThe frisbee pix is wonderful!
Love the little row of plastic drawers!
