WOYWW 179 not much to see really

Hi wednesday peepers
Oh my, wednesday again sooooo soon! Queen of the blog hops Julia says keep it short so here it is. Dont know what I am on about, check it out here stamping-ground.

Not much going on here I'm afraid..... no mojo,  still recovering from my cold a few weeks ago.
Most of  the 'stuff' has just been dumped here today.
The big box of pencils is there because I wanted some wax crayons for GD Erin to draw with today, she prefered the red one . . .Mmmm, very tasty . . ..  so we stopped that game he he!
The green ribbon I had just cut out of the  jumper I am wearing today, I always do this . . .  very useful for cards, dont you know!
Finally the pretty wrapping paper roll is from work  . . . .to make some display cards with.

This is my desk later in the afternoon while Erin was asleep, I did managed to make  some  cards, I don't really use peel offs but these black trees  are quite interesting, they are layered over some holographic paper.
Well thats about it.
You may have heard this before . . .  but please leave your name and no. and I will get back to you after work.
Have a great week and happy crafting
janet

  10. I like your cards - clever to use that very pretty paper, and so much cheaper than 'craft' paper.
Thought I was the only one who cut the ribbon 'hangers' from jumpers, only trouble is I keep finding my jumpers on the floor of the wardrobe.

  12. Hi Janet sorry I didn't get back to visit you last week - I don't know where my time disappeared to - something to do with Halloween I expect. I love those papers you have been using on your cards - they have a fresh Scandinavian feel. Make the most of crafting in the nap times they don't last long :-) Happy WOYWW to you from Helen 56

  21. It is looking good on your desk. I bought the neatest matte silver embossed wrapping paper once and hid it. I ended up getting a gift wrapped in it since hubby doesn't understand what wrapping paper hidden in a corner is all about. The cards you made with your wrapping paper are really nice. I'm gunshy on wrapping paper now though, besides I have enough of the real stuff.

  22. Thanks for stopping by and here's hoping MOJO comes around. I hate it when it leaves...nice to take advantage of some quiet time. Cards are great. Have a fun week.

  23. Hi Janet,

Oh that darn Mojo -- he sure works on his own schedule! I hope you are fully recovered from your cold. It's a bummer that it's been lingering on.

I just wonder, were you wearing the jumper while you ripped out the ribbon?!? Tee hee

Thanks for visiting me already! Hugs, Kay #5

  24. Being sick is one of the quickest ways to lose your mojo, no doubt about it--glad to hear you're feeling better, though!
