WOYWW 234 what took me so long

Hi Peeps
I think this must be the second Wednesday this week I cannot believe it has come around again  so soon.
Time again for a legal snoop at the desks of some of the most creative people around.
Here 's my desk .... look away if you don't like mess or piles (of paper!)

On the left a big pile of Christmas paper snippets I am determined to use up this year on my cards, doing well so far.
A box of green ribbons and lots of other unnamed 'stuff' but nothing really interesting to show.
In case you are wondering about the title it doesn't refer to the fact that I have finally started making cards BUT every week I change the size of my photos so it is easier to up load them...... then this week I thought  why don't I actually TAKE them in lower resolution so I don't have to ..... a real Doh! moment I think.
On the up side I had my first sale on folksy this  week (yay!)  better than etsy so far.
Pop over to see Julia   stamping-ground and have a look at the roll call for this week.
I will try and reply to all who comment, so please leave your Mr Linky number so I can find you.

  10. I finally tamed my ribbons and find I use them a lot more than I did. I'm with Jo and clearly as forgetful as she claims to be - far easier and safer to take them hi-res and then post them at low. But then I do use iPhoto which makes it simple. Congrats on the sale!

    Happy WOYWW!

  14. What a good idea - take the pics in lower res - I, too, take them, then reduce them, then upload them.... Thanks for the tip.
Lovely busy desk - great box of ribbons - I trust you manage to use up all the snippets - then just think how much fun you can have next year making more - without a guilty thought of all left in the cupboard. Wey hey!!!
    Have a great week.

  19. Been out most of the day and just catching up. Your super parcel arrived this am with perfect timing so I was able to take it to the hospital as I was going there on the way out to deliver the rest of the things for the sale. Thank you so much and everything is fabulous. Eddie is thrilled and so grateful. You really are a star! Will ring you soon but wanted you to know it had arrived safely.
