WOYWW 304. . . . . . WIP .....Still

Hi Deskers
I know we say this every week but it really is amazing how quickly the week goes by and it's Wednesday again.
My desk doesn't really look much different to last week ... low MOJO .... I need sleep.

I have done a little work on my clock ..... mostly stencilling and stamping..... its still a work in progress and likely to be for a while....

Its looking a bit the same all over.... it needs something else.....I will leave it for a while to see what I come up with ..... other stuff to do .....
It's my GS first birthday at the weekend ..... I was asked to make him  something. This is the start......

I will post the finished item next week....... any guesses? not much to go on is there ?
Short post this week just the way we all like it....especially Julia  our  crafty desk controller   she has  the list of where all the best desks are ..... there are a lot to get round..
Please leave a comment so I can visit you back. They really mean a lot.
Thinking about  Shoshi   this week who finally had her operation on Friday  and is doing well, do visit her for the latest news.

  6. Well, it could be anything!! A scale model of the Titanic, or a do it yourself pirate hat ;-) I wonder if someone will hit the nail on huge head?!
I often find that if I leave a project if it's got stuck, then inspiration often huts me in the back of the head. Let's face it, I need all the help I can get.......

  7. Well, I love it,it's a good starting point I suppose! I think the clock looks lovely and by the time you've assembled it and all the bits are overlapping and blahdy blah, I don't think it will look 'samey'...just well, together.

  14. Hi Janet, love the clock colours. We will all be waiting with bated breath for next weeks instalment to see what the mystery object is! Really struggling today, am round late, had to go to Docs, got a rotten chest infection thats not clearing. Thought it was going after last week, but its come back with a vengeance. Now have another lot of anti-biotics, and steroids to take for a week. Have a great week, Hugs, Shaz xx #37

  16. I think the clock is looking good, but you are right that it is too much of the same, gotta it mix it up some. That's a good idea to step back from it for a few days that often helps you decide what to do next. Judy #60

  21. Your clock is most intriguing, Janet, and I'm looking forward to seeing more of that! Thank you for your kind thoughts and your two lovely blog comments. I have a ton of emails, blog comments, forum posts to answer, not to mention all the wonderful gifts and cards I have received, so it's going to take me quite a while! I came home on Tuesday and needing to rest a very great deal so will only manage one or two a day at this rate! So lovely to be home, and my recovery is going well, but it will be a long haul. Keep an eye on my blog for further updates.
