WOYWW 227

Hi Peeps
OMG its Wednesday again ... well almost as I am writing this Tuesday evening, trying to anyway.... while watching Dave Gorman (very funny).
Now that's finished I can write this post. As it's late I will be brief ( our leader likes it that way) so extra Brownie points for me. see what it's all about here join in the fun
Here's my desk

So many little things on here I'm not sure what they are all doing there... the Pimms label is still there
I'm working on some Dominoes for my new Etsy shop (No apology for the self promotion), I have spent a lot of time ... and confusion on it, its still a bit of a mystery to be honest, how do I get more viewers?
Please have a look if you get time.

Some samples of the dominoes
Finally:
I thought I would share this next picture of my bathroom with you, because I know you will understand ...... unlike my handyman! He kind of does, he's lived with me for long enough......
........................................................................................

A brayer, a painters pallet knife, Paint brushes, an old toothbrush, old scrubbing brush, mixing pallets, craft mat. Don't be fooled  by the little ones bubble bath .... its for making stamp cleaning liquid.
that's all folks .... any questions just ask! and I'll get back to you, just leave your Mr linky number.

  2. You made me giggle, little ones bubble bath lotion and the art supplies, what else would one have in their bathroom than art supplies and personal products of course, but they get put away.

    Great desk, love the dominos.

    Happy WOYWW

  8. Those dominoes look gorgeous! I have seen domino books on people's blogs, but I don't really know what they are. Are they real dominoes from game sets altered? You said we could ask questions so I've been brave and asked! Hope I'm not terribly ignorant! My conservatory looks a bit like your bathroom! Have a great WOYWW! Julie Ann xx #38

  10. pretty dominoes!
We live in an appartment, and from my workdesk (the dining table) the bathroom is just a tad closer then the kitchen so I use that a lot as well. I can't leave stuff around though, my toddler would be all to interested in it!

  14. Hi Janet, busy lady. The dominoes are fab - it's amazing that you get so much detail into something that small. Can't help you with how Etsy works, it's not something I look at very often and purchase from even less, but I'll certainly pop over to your shop and take a look. And your bathroom doesn't come as a shock to me, mine looks much the same when I'm painting as it is nearer to the craft room than the kitchen. Hope you have a good week and a happy WOYWW. I am determined to be early this week

  23. Oh Janet, you have given me a laugh this morning...no my craft room is not holding up the porch, the rest of my DD's old bed is. It decided to collapse just hours before we left for the airport for 2 weeks hols so emergency measures had to be taken. Thankfully it's still standing and will be replaced by a sparkling new one next week!!
Love your dominos and yes, it's usually my kitchen that looks like this. Good job the family are understanding isn't it?
    Happy WOYWW

  25. Hi Janet,

The dominoes are very cool! I have an etsy shop but there hasn't been anything in it for quite some time. I need to get busy and list some things. Good luck with your venture. What do you think about putting a link on your sidebar that goes to your etsy shop? Also, if you have a pinterest account make a board with your items for sale -- or put your etsy shop in your profile.

Thank you for visiting me already!

    Happy WOYWW

  28. Gorgeous dominoes. I am afraid Etsy seems to have defeated us - I keep posting a few items for Maxine but I think we need to link to facebook etc to drum up more footfall. x Jo

  33. My non-handy handyman can't stand it when I leave craft supplies in the bathroom. He deals with them okay in the kitchen though. Go figure! Your dominoes are very neat with lots of little fun bits on them. Are they pins or magnets? I have no idea about Etsy but people make it work for them so keep slogging away at it.

  37. The Dominoes are beautiful. Your bathroom matches the sink area in my home ec classroom which is shared with my art classes. Not sure it looks too good with paint all over, but it is what we have to work with and I love it. Kim #107
