Hi Peeps
I almost forgot it was Wednesday, holidays do that to you don't they, make you loose track of the days.
Anyway here I am at 11.45pm Tuesday evening writing a quick post on my phone 'coz the laptop is playing silly beggers again.
See all the details here.
Even though I have been off work there hasn't been much happening ( I have made a lillybo quilt for Jo).
Top left is a large mug overflowing with used baby wipes .... Not used on a baby! They are very useful as I'm sure you all know. I intended to start an art journal with the book I won from Jo ( May still happen). Not sure how the Pimms label got there or why!
The green mould at the front is from Lakeland and is an icing mould to make buttons ..... Obviously I'm not going to use it for icing ... That would be silly, well it would be for me.
I had hoped to show some of my wedding album LO but they are on my laptop . . . Obviously, oh well another day, another post.
I will share a couple of pics with you ...... I love beach huts and these babies are on Bournemouth beach
All 75 were a different colour , it was like a Dulux ad.

I will try and visit everyone who visits me and some random blogs .... ta ta

  1. I love that Pimms label, I would be hoarding it too! Gorgeous colours of those beach huts, it does look like an advert, not real life!

  2. Love those beach huts!! But yes, they must be def sponsored by Dulux, the colour changes are almost too perfect! Coordinated by someone with a good sense of colour though.
I'm so glad you're feeling better...hooray, it's taken a while, hasn't it? I'm still a bit iffy, truth be told....ah well, better do more crafting to forget about it!!
    Hugs, LLJ 45 xx

  3. Those beach huts are just gorgeous. Really love the colours.

  4. The beach huts look fab !
I see that button mould from Lakeland I keep meaning to get
See if you can find a journalling class locally to get you started

  5. Ooh, I love beach huts too! Those are amazing, unreal! I love your desk today! At first I thought maybe it was so bad it had gone green and mouldy - 'green mould'? Then I realized, it's the kind of mould you make things with! Only I could be disgusting enough to acquire green mould on my desk! Thanks for being so kind about my mess!!! I must try to improve, maybe after I've turned my work mat into a piece of art! Julie Ann xx #56

  6. The Pimms label will be great on a journal page! Loving those beach huts, Dulux should film an ad there! Hugs. Pam#41

  7. Such a fab sight, I love the Dulux effect beach huts!! Pimms label, am sure you meant to do something with it!! Take care Zo xx 65

  8. Aren't those beach huts fun & so lovely to see them painted with such rich colours. Happy woyww Jill #44

  9. HI Janet, I wouldn't use those moulds for icing either! LOVE those beach huts - those photies are crying out fro a LO. Thanks for your visit. have a great week MMx #46

  10. What a great idea to use the icing mold for clay or maybe even epoxy. We're such a creative bunch, always thinking of other purposes to use things for. I love the photos of the beach huts. How neat that they were all different colors.

  11. Oh my goodness, those beach huts are gorgeous! Makes me want to head down to Bournemouth just to take pictures! :) Hope the laptop starts behaving itself again soon!

  12. I'll start and the end and say how much I love those beach huts - absolutely beautiful!! The moulds look great, I may have to take a trip to Lakeland on my week off next week...! Enjoy the rest of your time off.. Helen 14

  13. Oh Wow - love those beach huts. Somehow they always seem evocative don't they. This definitely looks like an advert for a paint company - brilliant.
Mmm.. we are in Harrogate on Friday - they have a Lakeland - maybe ...
Thanks for visiting me earlier today, Hugs, Neet 23 xx
ps did they have the Dr Who molds too - I got some in Windermere

  14. I love beach huts now - how cool are they! Know exactly what you mean about not doing any icing - well silly! Thanks for the visit BJ#39

  15. Those beach huts are amazing it looks like a color swatch with them all lined up like that, we have some here in Melbourne but they are all different colors and quite random. Thanks for sharing your desk, like the Pimms Label too.

    Happy WOYWW

  16. Hehe, I quite understand about the icing moulds! I would do exactly the same thing! Thanks for stopping by. I don't use lino to carve those stamps (although I did carve lino at school, back in the dark ages), but a really user-friendly white plasticky, rubbery stuff called Ezy Carve which is a dream to work with, like carving butter!
    Have a good week,

  17. Hi Janet - love the beach houses - I have a friend with a stamp and they are fun to colour too - Thanks for popping over for WOYWW Mxx #33

  18. Well, not to just copy everyone else but the beach huts! Thanks for sharing the photos of the huts and your desk and for stopping by to comment on mine already. Come back next week to see what was in the bags! :) Deeyll #53

  19. Hi Janet
Those beach huts are gorgeous, wouldn't you just love to own one??
Are you going to use the baby wipes again or are they ready for the bin! I reckon crafters keep baby wipe makers in business!
Thanks for visiting already. Nothing exciting in the marmalade jar I'm afraid, it's my water jar!!!
    A belated Happy WOYWW

  20. Gorgeous beach hut pallet. Thanks for your lovely comments. Sandra

  21. What great photos! I love the ombre row of huts. It appeals to me in a way the multicoloured haphazard ones don't. Lovely.
I am determined to get some visits in before tomorrow!

    Happy (late AGAIN!) WOYWW!
    Mary Anne (35)

I'd love to know you have popped by so please leave a comment, they are much appreciated.
