WOYWW 231 anyone need a hand

Hi Peeps
Happy Wednesday everyone. time again to hop around the world's desks, lots of inspiration to be found. Julia has all the info. see it here at the stamping ground      you could even join in if you dare..... go on you know you want to.

Anyway after all the snippet activity of last week there isn't much going on at my desk this week...
It looks like some other (little) person has been playing with my paints again, she left her finger prints though so I think I know who it is.
I think I may make it into a birthday card for Grandad next week LOL

I had a busy weekend with lots of other stuff to do.... Oh and I went to Threads.... a textile show in Farnham.  It was like the  Knitting and Stitching show but smaller.
I was a good day I didn't buy much, just some lovely buttons, new and vintage ( I may have commented on my love of buttons before), some fabric and threads and......

I brought this tape and it is amazing.
If you knit or sew and hate ends getting tangle you need this stuff!

Finally I have  finally 'started' some Christmas preparation, I found some stamps out.... that's it,
I haven't actually done anything with them yet..... maybe next week
Enjoy your crafty journey and have fun in your space this week

  15. Hey! We're on the same page. I got out the big bin of Christmas paper... but that's it. We can't rush these things you know. Next week I'll get out the stamps too and you can get out the paper too. Also, I think you have a bit more than fingerprints for the tiny paint perpetrator!

  16. We got our Tim stencils from Simon Says Stamp on line. I think Dy's shop Art from the Heart has them in the UK so postage wont be as bad. http://shop.afth.co.uk/tim-holtz---layering-stencils-565-c.asp

  17. I love finding the "little ones" artwork around. There are times when it really gives me inspiration, like you turning yours into a card. That is a great idea.I can't believe Christmas is coming so soon. After visiting so many blogs this evening I'm realizing that there are lots of people making stuff already.I try but am usually doing the presents last minute. Maybe after reading everyone's posts like yours, I might get started a little earlier. Thanks for the inspiration! Have a Wonderful WOYWW week, Rasz #102

  20. There's something about a little hand print that always gets to me...I'm not sure why but it does.
I keep thinking I'll start Christmassy goodies but before I know it another week has gone by. Hence not joining in with WOYWW lately.
    Have a wonderful weekend ;D

The show you went to sounds like it was a lot of fun!! I've started some Christmas presents but have a ways to go. I usually give friends knitted dish cloths and now I think they've come to expect them!
